Ingenuity will be offering four different morning workshops at the U.S. and European User Group Meetings so attendees may focus on their area of interest.
The workshops will provide an opportunity for IPA users to spend quality time with Ingenuity specialists to discuss workflows, data analysis, or any other aspect of IPA analysis and exploration. Laptops will be available with Internet connections to allow users to discuss functionality or review analyses live. Please select “workshop” when signing up. You will be able to select which workshop you would like to attend at the meeting.
IPA Core Analysis - Learn how to upload data, run and analyze the results. Understand which functions and pathways are regulated at different times, dose, and disease states or transcriptomic versus proteomic studies. This session will focus in providing the necessary elements for you to get started using IPA and will provide a forum for demos and questions relating to IPA.
IPA-Tox Analysis - This session will focus on understanding and interpreting drug candidate specific molecular toxicology data, how it can be used for mechanistic analysis and hypothesis generation provided in a forum with demos and questions related to the IPA-Tox solution.
IPA-Biomarker Analysis - Upload a dataset, specify parameters most relevant/important to you and let IPA do the rest. This session will focus on explaining the logic that goes on under-the-hood for the Biomarker Filter and Comparison Analysis and will be a forum for questions and further applications.
IPA Search and Explore - Learn how to use IPA's Advanced Search, My Pathway tools (Grow, Connect, Path Explorer), and Path Designer tools to find the most relevant information and understand molecular mechanisms, and will provide a forum for questions and live demos.
